Happy Birthday Baby David!!

We had David's 1st birthday party on Sunday just a few days before his actual birthday on Wednesday (March 14). The year sure went by fast!! David is up to about 27lbs and not too much smaller than Harrison. The boys are growing bigger and stronger every day and becoming close little buddies.

Most of the family were here, with the exception of Auntie Sheri who was out of town on business. She'll be here on Wednesday with lots of hugs and kisses for her baby nephew. Grammie Amos made a beautiful cake for David, Great Aunt Sally was also here with birthday wishes and Grampie Amos got a few gifts of his own as he celebrated a birthday on Thursday March 8th. Nanny and Grampie Shannon brought lots to eat, Uncle Mitchell and Aunt Alicia arrived bearing gifts as well and Uncle Rob and his girlfriend Heidi came to celebrate too. David really didn't understand what was going on but Harrison insisted on helping him open everything and even blew out the candles for him. He was in party mode all day long and sang "Happy Birthday" every chance he got.

Rough and tough

Boys will be boys...David's not even one yet and he's already in training for the WWE. Harrison's a long time veteran of the rough little boys club. I'm pretty sure i'm going to have a couple of brutes on my hands if they keep horsing around with Dad!
