David 7 1/2 months

Here are a few recent pictures of David. He's 7 1/2 months now and is growing bigger every day! Weighing in at 22 lbs, 31 inches, he's certainly not the runt of the litter. He's quickly catching up to big brother Harrison in size. He's got a great appetite and is very interested in whatever we are eating. He's been caught trying to swipe pork chops off of his brothers plate and even stole his bread another time. Today we caught him eating wood pellets. I try to keep the floors as clean as I can, but if there is something obscure anywhere in his reach, he'll find and try to eat it. The side rails on the crib are another one of his favorites. We love our chubby bubby!!
The last picture is one of him in his Halloween outfit. I think we'll have to go with something else as he wasn't real happy about being dressed up like a chicken. I'm sure he'll thank me for it when he's a teenager and I bring out these pictures....

Happy 2nd Birthday Harrison!!

October 21 Harrison celebrated his 2nd birthday. He was quite excited to wake up to balloons and birthday songs. I'm not sure he knew what was going on, but he certainly enjoyed the attention. Nannie and Grampie Shannon, Aunt Sheri, Uncle Rob, Grammie and Grampie Amos, Great Aunt Sally Price and soon to be Aunt Alicia were all here to celebrate and watch Harrison open his many gifts. Grammie Amos made Harrison a Blue's Clues cake and matching sweater and hat. He really liked the cake and gave it lots of kisses before diving into it. David wasn't forgotten either, he was given nice snowsuit to keep him warm and cozy this winter. Everyone had a great time. Happy Birthday little man!!

The Little Liberals and the Big Red Bus

Auntie Sheri worked very hard in this election campaign, with her first big chore being loading the bus with all the goodies required to win an election. The bus was parked at my parents house in Douglas the morning the campaigning started. Harrison was quick to jump in the drivers seat and found the horn in no time at all. Lots of toots and honks from the road too as people got a glimpse of Big Red on top of the hill.
